Let’s get bubbly with Mimosa made with icy cold prosecco and freshly squeezed orange juice! This version is even better with the addition of fresh strawberries.
Fresh Strawberry Mimosa
Ingredients
- 1 bottle (750ml) dry sparkling wine, such as prosecco, cava, Brut
- 2 cups (500ml) freshly squeezed orange juice
- 1 cup fresh strawberries
- Orange quarter wheels, strawberreis , optional for garnishsh
Instructions
- Blend orange and strawberries to make fruits puree and set to the side.
- To assemble drinks, pour sparkling wine half way into a glass, then gently pour fruits puree.
- Garnish with orange wheels and strawberries if you prefer.
