There is something so wholesome and fun about a strawberry bagel spread – it’s not too sweet that it’s confused with frosting, but it’s sweet enough to perfectly pair with a chewy bagel. I absolutely love making this smear, and I’m able to keep it in my fridge for several days. Since this recipe doesn’t use fresh strawberries, it uses freeze dried strawberries, the color will slightly change to a muted pink after 24 hours; so if you’re wanting to serve this for guests, I recommend making it the morning of. Luckily, it’s so easy to make and can be made in just a few minutes!
