Rustic Fig, Burrata, and Prosciutto Salad with Honey and Chili Balsamic Dressing
Enjoy fresh figs, burrata, prosciutto, tomato and arugula in this easy and elegant salad. The chili balsamic dressing adds a spicy and tangy kick, while the walnuts add some texture. Serve this salad as a light lunch or a stunning appetizer.
Add all the ingredients to a small bowl or mason jar with a lid, and whisk or shake until combined. Put to the side, and shake again before using.
For the salad:
Toss the bag of arugula into a large bowl. Add the tomato and fig slices.
Add the burrata. If you're using one large burrata ball, divide the ball into smaller pieces and scatter them over the salad. If you're using 4 burrata balls, divide each burrata ball in half and spread the halves over the salad.
Add the prosciutto slices and walnuts to the salad. Top with cracked pepper.
